Our Open Events begin with a guided tour of the school to visit departmental areas and meet with teaching staff and current pupils, and conclude with a talk by Matthew Sadler, Head. These events are highly recommended for parents interested in applying for Year 7 entry in September 2025.

Hampstead School is excited to invite you to our 2024 Open Evening. This event is designed for families with Year 6 students who will be applying for secondary places starting in September 2025.
Our Open Evening includes:
- A guided tour of the school, taking in all our fantastic facilities - this includes the swimming pool, music practice rooms, drama/art/technology studios and sports hall, amongst others!
- The opportunity to speak to current students - this offers the chance to understand the real student experience at our school and what your child could expect from their time here
- A talk from the Head - this provides you with knowledge of the school's ethos, values and vision, so you are aware of our commitment to a diverse and inclusive community
The Open Evening will start at 4.30pm and finish at 6.30pm. We ask attendees to arrive promptly at Reception on Westbere Road to ensure that there are no delays to the schedule, but not too early to cause overcrowding whilst waiting for access.
Please make sure to inform the school if you have any additional requirements, such as those with disabilities or access requirements, before attending the Open Evening.
