Our Progress Conversation Evenings (PCEs) are an opportunity for you and your child to discuss their progress with their class teachers.
They are a face-to-face event and take place after school from 16:30 - 19:00. Parents/Carers and students make a separate appointment for each teacher they wish to see.
The Year 7 Tutor Conversation Evening (TCE) is an additional opportunity for you and your child to discuss their transition from Year 6 to Hampstead School. This event runs from 17:30 - 18:30.
How Our Progress Conversation Evenings Work
We ask that all parents take a note of the date of the PCE well in advance to ensure you are available to attend on the evening. Bookings will be made available to your child's priority one contact through EduLink One in the weeks leading up to the event, and you will be able to select which appointment times suit you and which teachers you would like to meet.
We encourage you to book as soon as possible as appointments are limited and some teachers will book out.
On the day of the event, you will receive a copy of your child's progress report via email and in your EduLink One account. You will also receive a booking confirmation email with your appointment times and the updated room numbers of each teacher.
On the evening of the event, please ensure you and your child arrive ten minutes prior to your first appointment to allow time to sign in and find the correct classroom.
Having Trouble Booking?
Please note that bookings are subject to availability and we do not accept walk-ins on the night. If you are having trouble booking or if you have not received the booking email a week prior to the event, please contact the school as soon as possible.

Can't Attend?
If you are unable to attend, please indicate this through the booking system. If you would still like to speak to your child's teachers regarding their progress, you will need to contact each teacher to arrange a time to speak with them. To do so please send them an email or if you do not have their details, send your enquiry to Reception to forward to the relevant teacher.
